D+ GOLD 3000 – Polymer Based Tile Adhesive

D+ GOLD 3000 is an improved-performance cementitious adhesive for tiles. It is a no-slip, high-adhesion quartz adhesive that can be applied up to 10 mm bed thickness. The product contains high-dispersion copolymers and hydraulic binders composed of cement clinker and provides a rheological mixture with prolonged stability. It is designed for high-resistance laying of ceramic and homogeneous tiles and glass mosaic on cement-based substrates.

D+ GOLD 3000 can be used for:

• Laying absorbing ceramic tiles
• Indoor applications
• Outdoor applications
• Wall applications
• Floor applications
• Laying ceramic and homogeneous tiles
• Laying glass mosaic on cement-based substrates
• Spot-gluing insulating panels made of polystyrene, polyurethane foam, rock wool or glass wool
• Tiling porcelain stoneware in large formats when mixed with D+ PREMIUM SBR 111 (250–500 gm/bag)
• Tiling natural stone and marble, provided they are not affected by water or liable to stain, when mixed with D+ PREMIUM SBR 111
• Tiling on water or electrically heated screeds when mixed with D+ PREMIUM SBR 111
• Tiling on swimming pools

Consumption

Consumption depends on the surface profile and roughness of the substrate, the tiles, and the placing technique, including simple placing or back-buttering.

Approximate consumption:

• 55–60 sq.ft. per 20 kg bag
• Using a 6 mm × 6 mm square-notch trowel
• For a 3 mm bed thickness
